What To Expect

At Tyler Welch Performance Training, we provide group training sessions specifically designed to enhance the overall athletic abilities of High Schoolers. Our structured sessions prioritize speed and agility development, while incorporating strength and conditioning exercises to help participants build the necessary strength and endurance for success in their respective sports. Our group training sessions at Tyler Welch Performance Training are not only focused on physical improvement but also aim to create an engaging and enjoyable experience. We foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging camaraderie and teamwork among participants. This approach not only helps individuals reach new levels of performance but also cultivates important social and interpersonal skills that have broader applications on and off the field.
